Are you insured and safe?

Can dogs be alone?

Off leash opportunities are available but certain constraints apply to setting and situation. No dogs will ever be off leash without owners consent and/or approval in regulated and enclosed spaces. Dog beaches would be the only exception to this rule.

Yes. Your dog can enjoy the experience that matches their personality. If they like company or have a best friend we can accommodate. If they prefer to roll solo that's what we'll do.

Yes. All services come with home pickup and drop off. We do our best to accommodate all requests for a customized experience.

Yes. We are committed to providing a service that is insured for unexpected occurrences. We pledge to respect a safety first environment.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Same day cancellations can be made up to 3 hours in advance of appointment with no charge. There are no rescheduling fees. Appointments canceled within the 3 hour timeframe will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee.

How are emergency situations handled?

In case of an unexpected emergency we will make every effort to contact the pet owner for guidance. If pet owner is unavailable we will be proactive in seeking immediate medical attention.

What do you provide for the walks?

We provide leashes and harnesses if needed. We also provide biodegradable and compostable pet waste bags. As well as limited ingredient pet treats. And a paw cleaning service at the conclusion of all walks and adventures.

Are you open to special needs requirements?

Yes. We are happy to customize all services to provide the best experience possible for every pet regardless of age and health conditions. We cared for two dogs with advanced heart disease for a number of years and are very comfortable with administering medications and following specific instructions.
